🌟The Path to Prosperity🌟


Greetings for the November Full Moon! I am wishing you all well through these challenging times. The past few months I have been shaken to my core multiple times. I have been experiencing dreams collapsing, the loss of my home in the WNC floods, and big emotions around the election. My chakras are definitely feeling the effects of these extreme circumstances.

Firstly I want to say, if you were affected by the flooding, my prayers are with you. I know of many organizations helping to bring relief if you need resources. I took the destruction of my home in the floods as an opportunity to relocate to the west coast. I took an epic road trip across the country to bring me hope, and to allow the healing journey to unfold step-by-step. I am still reeling over the losses, but have found a balanced way to manage the grieving process.

The meditation I chose to carry me through the crises is called Guru Nanak's Treasure. It is a heart-activating prosperity meditation. This is named after the yogic sage Nanak and uses a mantra to call on and connect with the creative aspect of the divine. It is a very soft and encouraging meditation.

I have found over the years that prosperity is cultivated more than attracted. As you release limitations you begin to cultivate an inner garden that allows you to create the path to prosperity. As you build and nourish this inner garden abundance is attracted to you, but more so you will make decisions that are based on love more than fear, and this will bring the fulfillment of soul desires.

This is the medicine of Nanak's treasure. Nourishing the inner garden with self-love and allowing abundance and prosperity to arise from that place. I suggest doing this mediation for 40 days. Sat Nam!
